Coordinated Entry Oversight Committee
The Coordinated Entry Oversight Committee (CEOC), a committee of the Continuum of Care (CoC), is responsible for operating an effective Coordinated Entry system that promotes equal access to resources and enables efficient allocation of available housing resources.

MeckHMIS Governance Committee
The MeckHMIS Governance Committee is responsible for overseeing the CoC’s HMIS implementation in partnership with the HMIS Lead. In partnership with the HMIS Lead it is responsible for ensuring that privacy and security of HMIS data is maintained, reliable and timely data about homelessness in the geographic area of the CoC is available through the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and other data sources, and that the HMIS is meeting the needs of users. Reliable and timely data is the foundation upon which goals, strategies and advocacy efforts to achieve the CoC’s vision are built.

Equity & Inclusion Committee
The Equity & Inclusion Committee is responsible for developing and implementing plans and processes to assess if CoC policy and resource allocation decisions positively impact inequities among homeless individuals and families in the community.

Homeless Families & Youth Workgroup
The Homeless Families & Youth Workgroup works to implement strategies that are effective for homeless families and youth.

Lived Experience Committee
The Lived Experience Committee is responsible for providing the consumers’ perspective to committees, workgroups and the Board.

Membership-Nominating Committee (ad hoc)
The Membership-Nominating Committee is responsible for developing processes for outreach, engagement and recruitment of diverse and knowledgeable CoC members, committee and workgroup members and CoC Board members.

Ranking Committee (ad hoc)
The Ranking Committee is responsible for developing fair and transparent processes and recommending the ranking for projects eligible for funding under the CoC Program; and developing fair and transparent processes and recommending proposals for funding under the Emergency Solutions Grant Program. The Board will approve these rankings by formal vote.

Training Workgroup
The training workgroup, in collaboration with the Homeless Services Network Education and Training Subcommittee, ensures skill-building opportunities are offered to the CoC and its partners in order to enhance the effectiveness of practitioners working to end homelessness.

Veterans Workgroup (Housing Our Heroes)
The Veterans Workgroup works to end homelessness for veterans and their families by recommending strategic policy changes and maintaining a by-name registry, as needed.

The Unsheltered Homelessness Workgroup works to coordinate a CoC-wide strategy to respond to unsheltered homelessness.

Property Provider Engagement Workgroup
The Property Provider Engagement Workgroup ensures the CoC has strategies in place to recruit landlords willing to serve clients served in the homeless services system.

Healthcare & Housing Workgroup
The Healthcare & Housing Workgroup works to improve access to all types of healthcare to include physical & behavioral health and explore the impact of Medicaid expansion for clients served by CoC agencies.
