Chronic Homelessness Workgroup
The Chronic Homelessness Workgroup works to end homelessness for people experiencing chronic homelessness by recommending strategic policy changes and maintaining a by-name registry, as needed
Meets quarterly on the 4th Monday at 2pm

Coordinated Entry Oversight Committee
The Coordinated Entry Oversight Committee (CEOC), a committee of the Continuum of Care (CoC), is responsible for operating an effective Coordinated Entry system that promotes equal access to resources and enables efficient allocation of available housing resources.
Meets every other Tuesday from 11am – 1pm

Data Advisory Committee
The Data Advisory Committee is responsible for reviewing community level data before it is submitted to HUD (including Point-in-Time count, System Performance Measures, etc.); reviewing and approving or denying external research requests; recommending fees (if any) for data pulls; Continuous Quality Improvement work based on local data; recommending performance targets to the CoC Board; monitoring program and system performance and reporting resultsto the CoC Board; developing and recommending privacy, security and data quality plans for presentation to and approval by the CoC Board; providing guidance and feedback regarding HMIS; annually evaluating the HMIS Lead and reporting the results of that evaluation to the Board.
Meets monthly on the 2nd Wednesday at 10am

Data Advisory HMIS Sub-committee
The purpose and goal of the HMIS sub-committee is to ensure that the governance, cost, and funding decisions related to HMIS are transparent and informed by and in alignment with community need.
Meets monthly on the 4th Wednesday of the month

Equity & Inclusion Committee
The Equity & Inclusion Committee is responsible for developing and implementing plans and processes to assess if CoC policy and resource allocation decisions positively impact inequities among homeless individuals and families in the community.
Meets month on the 3rd Thursday from 11:00am to 12:30pm

Home4Good Framework Workgroup
The Home4Good Framework Workgroup was formed as an ad hoc workgroup of the CoC Governing Board in order to oversee the implementation of the Home4Good Framework, a housing and economic recovery response to COVID-19.

Homeless Families Workgroup
The Homeless Families Workgroup works to implement strategies that are effective for homeless families.

The Homeless Families Workgroup works to implement strategies that are effective for homeless youth.

Lived Experience Committee
The Lived Experience Committee is responsible for providing the consumers’ perspective to committees, workgroups and the Board.

The Membership-Nominating Committee is responsible for developing processes for outreach, engagement and recruitment of diverse and knowledgeable CoC members, committee and workgroup members and CoC Board members.
Meets based on vacancies on CoC committees and/or CoC Governing Board.

Persons with Criminal Histories Workgroup
The Persons with Criminal Histories Workgroup finds ways to overcome the challenges to housing faced by this population.
Meets 3rd Wednesday of each month at 9:30am
Workgroup Co-chairs: James Searcy & Marcus Boyd
The Ranking Committee is responsible for developing fair and transparent processes and recommending the ranking for projects eligible for funding under the CoC Program; and developing fair and transparent processes and recommending proposals for funding under the Emergency Solutions Grant Program. The Board will approve these rankings by formal vote.

The training workgroup provides skill-building opportunities to the CoC and its partners in order to enhance the effectiveness of practitioners working to end homelessness.

Veterans Workgroup (Housing Our Heroes)
The Veterans Workgroup works to end homelessness for veterans and their families by recommending strategic policy changes and maintaining a by-name registry, as needed.

Vulnerability Review Workgroup
The Vulnerability Review Workgroup reviews cases of persons who have a vulnerability score (at Coordinated Entry) that is believed not to reflect the person’s true level of vulnerability
